White spots are so minor its hard to tell haha. But, some of the leaves didn't fully develop and some look deformed. Looks droopy and unhappy as well. How often do you water and how much? Is it tap water? What's the PPM and PH?

Also, whats your medium? Is it mainly potting soil with a pinch of perlite? Your soil might be compacted to tightly. This will restrict water/nutrient intake from your roots. Make sure your pot has proper drainage as well.

Soil : 60 % compost 20 % perlite 20 % coco peat

Water : tap water, 1 liter of water once a week For PPM & PH I don't have a meter to measure it.

Drainage : holes under my pot

Also , what measures could I take to make it look more healthy ?

I would confirm you don't have any pests before going too far.
Meh, I would worry about the water situation first. I doubt that tap water is at proper PH. Water is your plants source of food, this should be top priority. Buy some digital meters from amazon. I bet most of your problems are coming from the tap water. And possibly the soil being too tight.
