Does Purple Confidential really only stretch 12"?

Figured I would ask here since you guys are most likely to know about the RPC strains. The description on their website says that in fact, it only stretches 12" once flipped.

Had a Sweet Confidential last year that was simply amazing from seed to bowl. Now Im curious about the Purple Conf

I have had LA Con crosses (Not RPC) that didn't stretch much, so I would believe it, but I am unsure what to think of RPC seeds so far lol seems like mixed reviews. I have quite a few RPC seeds (Like 5-6 dif. strains) and my whole grow room has been infested with spider mites, the RPC seeds are effected the worst. Much worst than my 6th generation clones & regular unfeminized seeds. Could just be the strains though idk.

I would imagine predetermined stretch is a myth. If a plant is 10' tall a 12" stretch is very small stretch but if it was 5" it would be 17" this does not make sense to me. I would say like most of the LA con crosses it will double in size or a little less.

Yeah I'd say its real tough to put a hard number on the flower time stretch as well... like oracle said... it really depends on the how big the plant is vegged. That being said, I've ran a few RPC crosses as well, the lohan certain more than doubled in size once it hit 12/12, while the glass slipper barely doubled.

the RPC sweet confidential last year tripled in size, though that was due to the Sweet Afghani Haze in it. Got a response back from RPC, they said that 90% of the purple confs really do only stretch 12". Will report back if I decide to go this route.

Dunno about switch yet but I cut about 8" a week off my mom as I wait to throw the cuts in flower.
That is on par with the rest of my moms so no telling.

The structure of the plant is diff than the rest of my garden, much lighter and stringier.
Nice looking plant, can't wait to flower the cuts to see what the affect is like.
Not expecting anything phenomenal as far as weight goes.
