My plant is out side is it ok to keep it out there even tho its not getting full sunlight???????????

Yes they are still getting light. Even on a partly cloudy day, a plant can get more lumens than a 1000w HPS.
Better question is will she force flower cause its 12/12 outside??

i am already in flower stage ive had it since november 2010 and started flowering
jan 2011 its on its tenth day of flowering

of course its cool to keep her outside on cloudy days.. its just part of nature, and plants have survived this way for a long long time with no adverse effects..

you have a Sativa! expect flowering time to be around 3months to finish.
