Does this plant look healthy? I replanted it after it stretched alot.

don't overlove em, thats the biggest problem new growers have, they're fascinated with their plants, and immediately notice any blemish. after you get a few grows done, you start ignoring little things, you learn what you have to watch for and the minor stuff becomes....minor.

Going down when always? When the lights first turn on they will be down a little and rise up for the light. Also in veg after a certain point the plant goes screw you i'm going to sleep! and the leaves will droop a little also even though the lights are still on.

Also depending on stem strength light angel the plant can turn a little sideways to get a better angle for the light and the leaf isn't actually drooping just getting a better angle. Like if the light is not over the plant but a little to the side

too old, shes really small. I think shes about 4 weeks now, I am hoping to harvest 6-10 grams when she is ready. (my set up is basicly a window sill, a heater, a fan and a 33W lamp for during the night. This photo is a bit outdated but I think she was 3.5 weeks when it was taken
 
Is it okay if I lift the leaves when watering? Also there seems tot be a tiny bit of root comming out of bottum hole, is this a big problem?
