Does this SCC Ruling mean I can LEGALLY buy concentrates from a Dispensary?

I just got an email from my lp. They are saying its illegal for them to sell concentrates. As the script is for dry bud only. Ps I only use them once in a while to maintain appearances.
only patients can make their meds right now....seems that way...Tousaw mentioned that he had no idea how the feds plan on dealing with that part 
LP's cant make it..
They have to follow Ambrose

No, you can't do anything "legally" through a dispensary...they are not legal sources of mj...and the rules are probably already being changed or been changed for lps to start concentrating...can you imagine what concentrates will cost?
Ambrose has already said that won't happen. No lp concentrates.
No not even close. The dispensary is breaking the law by selling concentrates. You as a valid medical patient are not at risk of conviction for buying said concentrate. Sexwork is the exact opposit where the selling of sex is legal buy the buyin is illegal. Op buy whatever you want my packages come every week via canada post unfuckwithed each time.

With any luck you'll be right. A liberal appointed health minister will let lp's make concentrates and not let us make our own. No idea what a ndp appointed one will change first in the mmpr.

This ruling means you can *possess* and consume edibles, etc. It doesn't make it legal to buy them. Dispensaries are still not legal, and this ruling doesn't change that. Don't give people bad legal advice. LPs cannot sell them, either, and no one knows when they will be allowed to. Don't expect it to happen soon, since Health Canada does nothing 'soon'.
Yes it is legal to buy them. It's illegal to sell them. Not hard to understand.
