Does this sound alright?

My plan at the moment.

Ive got my closet: 3&1/2 ft. long by 2&1/2 ft. deep. and about 9ft tall. I plan on getting 6 clones and putting them in black plastic pots(3 gallon i think) under an hps. Im debating between 600watt and 1000watt any suggestions?

&then im planning a second area: 3ft wide by 2ft deep by about 3&1/2ft tall. Also looking into getting 6 plants in this area(not sure about going from seed or clone, hopefully clone though i think) putting them in 1 gallon pots &for lighting i was thinking 2 dual tube florecents, one on each side.(floral grow bulbs) &then i was planning on putting together a CFL hood with 6 or 8 high wattage bulbs in it.

Any advice or help would be most welcomed, thank you(:

you can use the smaller room for clones, or even a mother plant , take your cuts and bring them to the flower room, i would say 3.5 x 2.5 is good for a 400watt or 600, hows your ventilation? that room will get very hot, summer is here and the 400w can do damage, maybe an air cooled hood, a carbon scrubber attatched sucking odor and hot air from the bulb out, and one small vent to bring in fresh air...some jerk once told me i made a mistake once, some newb, i told him i plan any room out with ventilation, odor and heat extraction as a first priority, so dont be that newb. you comfortable with making holes in your walls?
