Does Using 72volt COB LEDs Allow More Headroom for Circuit Breakers?

Hey guys, just want to make sure my theory is spot-on. I'm planning on running (16) CXB 3590's on 4 meanwell drivers. I was suggested to use Meanwell 185 series drivers at 1.4 amps to power (4) 36 volt COBs.

I was wondering if I would get the same exact results using Meanwell 185 series drivers at 0.7 amps to power (4) 72 volt COBs?? Except the only difference with the 72 volt setup is i will be pulling less amperage, which will allow me to have more headroom on my circuit breaker, correct??

A watt is a watt. Different voltages just allow for driver options.
yeah i see what youre saying but im kinda looking for an answer in regard to the circuit breaker. Basically the circuit breakers ability to detect something is wrong is a function of amperage and not wattage right? i guess thats what im probably trying to clarify for. Im less likely to trip a circuit breaker using 72volt COB setups right???

thanks guys. some extra research and i found amperage would be lower on DC side but in the end it is all the same. AC side would still draw same amount of current.
