Does water make plants bigger?

Started off LATE and then got dry spots on my smart pots.
Paranoid neighbor said I was over watering and I was actually underwriting.

Third neighbor told me he has 300 gallon smart pots and gives them 60 gallons a day.

I give my 65 gallon pots about 6 gallons a day and was thinking of going to about 10 gallons a day.

Hell yes, water does wonder's for your plant. I remember when i first started giving mine water they grew all year long. I will always water my plants now.
