Dogs near my site....

sou, went over to my site for the first time in a week yesterday and while Im doing the old walk-around I hear dogs moving around the area where my ladies are. they werent barking or anything, but they were definitely there. theres also a trail that runs past the site and last time I was there I put some random branches in different spots to see if they were in the same place the next time I went back, all of them had been moved to the side.....

basically, Ive lost my plants and almost two months of hard work :(

is it close to a forest? There are trails all around one mine and i went looking and there's a coyote den within 10 feet of it. It looks like a giant groundhog hole, so maybe thats whats you heard.

The dogs may have smelt human on leaves and sniffed them.. I'd go back to check...I've never really hear of a dog eating a plant...homework yes..they MIGHT nibble a bit...but so does my cat..

ok, I guess I need to clarify. I cant risk going back there again because Im pretty sure it was the cops over at my site. I dont have a grow license, so if I get busted with a grow I might lose my medical marijuana patient status.

if I thought it was coyotes or something Id just go back with my R-15.

just say u were hiking around. or something that sounds smart. but dont get near ur plants. and look around ur area for people hiding like cops.

Get a book on wild edible mushrooms and basket and go tromp around the woods in a random pattern looking around at the ground and slowly work your way to your area. When you get there or close, don't even make direct eye contact with your grow but keep looking on the ground for mushrooms. It would even help some if you could find a couple on the way to put in your basket.

thts a good idea. but since he is the only one tht is going out there and he goes near his site they will arrest him for suspicion.

Well exactly how many plants did you have? I doubt the cops are going to stake the place out for a few plants. They'd likely pull em and move on.

If you are out hiking in the woods (with no plant/growing related stuff on you) then even if stopped they can't prove anything... you are just hiking in the woods. Again.... just make sure you have nothing related to growing on you.

I say get a dog and walk it on the trail...they can't bust you for suspicion if you're walking your dog on a public trail. Don't take your MMJ card or ID w/ you if you're nervous. But hell, if you're that nervous, maybe you shouldn't be growing out there.

maybe it was just sombody walking thier dog!!!

yea i mean i have my plants outside near a trail. and oneday i heard someone say look rite here so i ducked. and after a lil while later i got up and left but the next day there was a deer footprint near my plant. so i think they must of saw a deer. i was really paranoid at tht moment. i thought they were goin to catch me growing.

If the cops know where your plants are theyd enter it in a gps and follow it there. They wouldnt use the dogs enless they didnt know there was a grow there. could have been some stray dogs.

but get a bird book and go bird seeing and when you get to your grow just dont pay attention to it.

If it was just a couple plants cops probely wont put up a cam because its not worth it

they cant arrest you just because your walking in the woods
