dolomite lime per gallon of soil

Just got some dolomite lime in.. im hoping this will fix my ph issues with my plants.

(i use a digital ph meter already)

I use a 14 US gal rubbermade container to mix my soil.

anybody know how much to mix in there?

I know i found how much to use per square foot but i cant find a conversion for

how many square feet are in a gallon

ah sorry guys just found it, i wasnt looking it up the right way

i believe it should be
1 US gallon = 0.133680556 cubic foot

diff site says 2 sq ft = 12.85 gal dry

sorta forgot there is a diff between dry n wet

your adding lime to plants already in pots growing? If so I usually add a cup or two to a gal of water shack it and add two plants with no problem.watch the ph and add again after a couple of days if I need two

Rule of thumb is an ounce per gallon of soil.

Sq. ft is a unit of area, gallon is a unit of volume. An area can´t be equal to a volume.
