That was a lot faster than most people thought, it kinda looks like the courts are onto Donald and fast tracking things of national importance, as they should. The walls are starting to close in, there are rumbling out of Georgia and NY and this busts the 1/6 investigation wide open and is just in time for public hearings.

If it says Joe controls executive privilege it does, I never read it, so don't know it's scope. It is very bad news for Trump and his henchmen though. All this goes before a grand jury one day and they might be deciding on seditious conspiracy for a lot of people, documents like these are evidence of a conspiracy.

Wanna bet she throws dad under the bus if she can? I have a feeling her and Jared are talking to anybody who will listen and have been looking to cut a deal first. I don't think it will help them, there is simply too much evidence, too many tongues wagging, too much crime and far too many enemies.

Looks like it. So much for all the “Trump judges” carrying out the king’s will. I did like it when Roberts released that statement about an independent judiciary back in 2018. Trump is too stupid to read between the lines, but that was not a good sign for him. Clarence Thomas is still a complete ahole, but the Supreme Court is not going to rule in Trump’s favor like Donny, Eric, Lindell and other idiots of their ilk think they will on stuff like this.

Yeah Stinky has lost his usefulness, the court only takes orders from the Koch's.

We just learned from New York State Court filings that NY Attorney General is seeking the testimony of former President Donald Trump, as well as Don Jr. and Ivanka in connection with AG James' civil fraud investigation into the Trump Organization. In that same filing, we learned that when Eric Trump testified in the same investigation he invoked his 5th Amendment right against self-incrimination more than 500 times. Of course, it's Eric father who famously said only mobsters plead the 5th. But setting aside the comedic value of the new revelation, here are the legal consequences of pleading the 5th Amendment in a civil investigation.
