It's modeled after all other businesses that rip you off. I think it's terrible to simply say " no " and be done with it. Why should they get away with selling crap and getting away with it. Well they got yer money...so yer outta luck. Imagine doing that to a repeat customer. I mean if he's registered he theoretically is not supposed to be accessing anywhere else. So it like you get crap...live with it til we send you more crap....you are our PRISONER

flushing is how you get the white ash tosh. as long as you flush those puppies properly, should be a clean ash every time, regardless of synthetic or organic nutes.
