dont kno wat to look for while n flower stage!

My plant has been on 12/12 for two weeks and still no sign of change just new growth coming but thier just like the other leaves no balls or white hairs. Makin sure no light get n during dark time so I just dont understand or does it take longer to show change. Nothing special just bag seeds.

You need to switch to a different type of bulb for budding.

Well, what kind of bulb do you have man? I've learned a lot of theoretical stuff, but not so much in practice. So I can try to help you based on what I've learned.

It takes about 2-3 weeks before you see what sex it is, And people say use a HPS or CFLs at 2700k

I found this one bulb 400 Watts I think. Ima change to that right now I'm using a Phillips grow light 150. Watts

2 weeks might be early to show sex especially for sativa strains or for any strain that wasn't allowed to vegetate for too long, don't think the light makes that big of a difference in showing sex earlier. Although if you could get a red spectrum light for flowering it would be better for many other reasons! Just give it some more time, and look for white little hair like thingies that are signs of female flowering. Since you used bagseeds keep an eye open for them males.
