Don't know how much longer to flower

Hey guys, this is my first grow and it's been about a month and a half in the flowering phase
I have read online a bunch of ways to tell but it seams like it's taking a lot longer to show said signs than what I've been reading. I'm uploading a picture all help would be appreciated

Hard to say for sure, can't quite tell if those trics are mostly clear or mostly milky, but I don't see any amber and from the hairs and overall appearance I'm guessing about 1.5 weeks. You should have a 30-60x loupe/magnifier to look at the trics. Then you can harvest at different times for different type of high, but generally people prefer to harvest just before (mostly milky), at first sight of (<10% amber), or a few days after first sight of amber (10-20%) colored trics.

Thanks for the advise I need to go invest in one of those. All I've been using is my phones camera witch is alright but I can't get it clear that small. Also when talking about the trichomes is it the whole mushroom shaped thing or only the top that I'm looking to be milky

I have this picture witch is the best I could get of the trichomes don't know if it helps at all

Are the pistils turning brown and curling up? Doesn't look like it. Looks like she is still growing. Without more pics, strain info etc it's hard to say. I'd guess a few more weeks. 45 days of flower would be a pretty short flower session, but some strains do finish that quick, depending on how you like your bud.

The plant should look like it's dying.
Yellowing fan leaves
Breeders recommendation
Browning pistils
No signs of new white pistils forming.
Trichomes turning from clear to cloudy to amber.

Get a digital scope. It's the coolest thing and will really help. Especially since we as hobby growers grow different strains all of the time. Supereyes on Amazon is good scope. Pretty cheap also.

Thank you all for all the help I will be getting a digital scope to examine them better. I was just kind of hoping I'd have my baby ready by April 20th

a month and a half is only 6 weeks. You still have plenty of time.

I use the handheld pocket microscope from radio shack... 9.99-12.99 depending on your area.

And as far as "pistils" go. They can be extremely misleading, I wouldnt judge my plant readiness due to pistils.
