for all the fellow begginers I just want to say quickly don't try tackle everything at once eg. humidity, temps, nutrients, ph, ppm, lumens all that scientific shit because its 2 much and it will fuck with your head and it will be all u can think about trust me lol I have to tell myself this EVERYDAY cause ill read this n that saying this has to be like this or it wont work and every1s so full of shit its a weed it will grow.. my point is take 1 thing at a time and don't let all these overobsessed scientific nerds worry you cause they seem to love to do that I can imagine why 2 there 2 obsessed.. we will be 1 day aswel but for now only deal with what u REALLY HAVE 2 if your plants are surviving that's very good for now GOOD LUCK

Over obsessed scientific nerd reporting for duty!

Science is the reason I have beautiful and healthy plants photosynthesizing at this very moment. 3:25am. Underground.

haha yea I don't mean that in a mean way just a jelous way ;p but we all gotta start off somewhere and we can't expect perfect results instantly like I was hoping for.. there's 2 many areas in growing to study at once baby steps boys baby steps lol

i know the feeling just starting growing and my heads exploding with different opinions ive only got as far as getting the tent so far lol

Yeah, but it will get better if you have it set up. I bet you will make adjustments a hundred times. I had no idea too what to start with, too. I could not - for the life of me - imagine it working properly.
I also made 4 reflectors in 1 month.
for spiral bulbs, for spiral and fluoro, then only for 2 fluoro, improved to 4 fluoro... and now I have a HPS lol
It will come...

lol already made like 10 adjustments and i havent bought everything yet........ least its only cost me time so far and no money lol

haha yea don't let it get to you man the things ul need for a good first run are: decent pots with drain holes and the trays u sit them in, deffinatly soil to begin with, a mh/hps ballast and bulbs, a centrifugal extraction/exaust fan (good ventilation is key), an oscolating fan, a simple veg nutrient and a simple flower nutrient (don't bother with companies like advance nutrients or cyco yet stick with half strength tomato nutrients I suggest a company like miracle grow at quarter strength it kicks serious ass for a 2 packet/bottle solution and u can get veg and bloom nutes for around 30 dollars).. what else.. ducting, ductape, a temperature/humidity gauge, a spray bottle and some 3 or 4 litre bottles (poke holes in lids) and that's it if you have all those things you are good to go.. after you complete your first cycle u can then start experimenting with: adding perlite to your soil, fixing nutrient defficiencies, upgrading equipment if neccesary, adjusting temperatures and humidity if neccesary.. and simple adjustments.. but don't get ahead of yourself brother its very easy to get impatient and waste hundreds with this shit I'm second grow deep and I went to far too faar by trying coco and cyco nutrients I wasn't ready fo dis shit playa lol but I've learned my lesson and hopefully ull listen to me and won't have to waste a lot of money buying shit u won't no how to use for years lol good luck man message me if u have any probs or questions

yea I completly agree I feel in over my head sometimes I'm usually a perfectionist at everyhing I do otherwise I won't bother with it but this being a passion makes it frustrating you dont want to give up and u just want to get it right the first time lol

In my opinion, you are partially right. I think that many plants are hurt by their growers who are over-worried and, as a result, mess them up completely - over fertilizing etc. But one must take into consideration that a plant grown indoors is "dependent" of his grower while a plant grown outside is independent. An outdoor plant can adjust to environmental changes in the many ways evolution has equipped him with. An indoor plant has to be given the proper conditions. These conditions were discovered empirically by "science nerds". And just like those "nerds" any indoor grower will undergo this empirical process. But as a grower, you have to prepare before your first grow with adequate amounts of reading. That, and some consistency combined with desire to get high, will reward you with weed that you will be proud of. Popping a bagseed into some soil might get you some buds too - but will you be proud of them?

rollitup didn't want me to tell u shit for some reason sorry bro wont let me reply to you I wrote a big reply and it ate it lol basicly your gonna have to go through the trial and error weather you read for months or not and every1s situation is so different so if u think your gonna have it nailed your most likely wrong and if you try tackle it all at once ul cry like a bitch n its all ul think about.. that's just me tho im super emotional if your naturally dull you might get through this a lot easier lol my problem was overthinking so much I was constantly stressed and nothing I did was working.. so yea have common sence about it but don't let yourself stress about it its just fucking weed ul have it down packed in a couple years.. I mean if your expecting top quality first go your either selfish, stupid, or really eager like me and all 3 of those will cause unnecessary stress all you need is what I said a post up.. deal with that first and just try to keep shit alive until u learn from the plant.. then start being a scientist but my point is don't let it get to you and don't try tackle everything at once
