Got to wonder if that is part of the plan. Use their insurance claims to wash their money so that they can then use it to 1. harm our financial institutions with the massive claims, and then 2. move that money to other areas of the country with more scrutiny.

The premise of government is flawed and founded on an impossibility. It assumes zero rights from a group of individuals can magically be added together and a number other than zero will be the sum.
