Doomwolfs grow diary..

Sup people.. This is my first proper grow.

Ok.. So a month ago i ordered and received my Blue spec 200w Cfl from ebay, My A.M.S feminised Seeds from Green house Seeds, Pots, and some Compost.

Germinated 3 seeds using a paper towel or three.. with LOADS of water.
After four days roots were huge and so i put the seeds into small pots about half an inch into the soil.. and let them do there thing under the light.. which was about a foot away from the pots. i would like to add at this point that the pots and light are in a closet in my room about 4 and a half foot tall... and about 19 inchs by 19 inchs.

About 2 weeks later i decided the plants now about 4 inches high were big enough to go into bigger pots... so i transfered all three into 7 and a half inch pots. After doing this... about 4 hours later i noticed yellow spots all over the lower fan leaves of the plants. Panicking franticly i consulted the only expert i had at hand... Mum, who informed me that it was the shock of the plants being transfered. I later researched this more.. and learned it may have been a sudden Ph level change in the soil. After a day or two no more yellow spots appeared.

Around the same time of me transfering the plants into bigger pots i thought it may have been a good idea to buy some plant food to help the plants grow to their full potental... after reading that miracle grow was not the way forward, i went with Baby bio instead... i have been feeding them randomly a few times a week ACCORDING TO THE INSTRUCTIONS.
Three weeks into the grow i Mylar'ed the walls in my closet and also got a timer for my light, sceduling them to be on 20/4. they had been on 24 hours a day for the first three weeks.

A month in and the plants are growing good.. my only regret is not putting them into a bigger closet as they are now all touching the walls of there growing space and range from 8 inches to 12 inches tall. I also do not have any type of ventelation going on.. the smell can be over powering ! i also have another 200w cfl comming.. this time its a red spec for flowering. Im dont really have any plans to flower them but im rapidly running out of room and will have to make some decisions within the next 2 weeks.

So anyway.. im looking at my plants today just to make sure everythings cool.. when i come across little white hairs on two of my plants ! This means they have started flowering does it not ??

Why would they start flowering when there on 20/4 lights ??

Haha.. been reading.. they've not flowering.. they just grow preflowering hairs..

Got my red Spectrum 250w cfl in the post today ! how exciting !! replaced the blue 200w and reflecter and jus hung the 250w in my closet.. lights timer has been switched to 12/12..

i've also put the smallest of the three plants outside.. its been quite warm over here in the uk so maybe its the start of summer.. i jus wanted to see how it will do compared to the indoor plants.

Shall take some pictures when things get interesting.

Im from The south west mate, yeah these Big Cfl lights seem to work quite well.. im waiting for another hanger in the post so i can use both my blue 200w and red 250w at the same time.. This is just an experiment for me so im just going with the flow, i hope it turns out well.

A little update, The small 9 inch tall plant i put outside has now outgrown the two im flowering in my closet, it now stands at 18 inchs tall and is looking very very fucking good. The two flowering in the closet are now about 17 inchs tall and also looking good.. onces got lots of branchs and is cool.. while the other is more bushing around the main stem.. starting to see more little white hairs around the plants.. shall post pictures at the end of the first week of flowering.

doomwolf, your grow is looking awesome so far. I will be subscribed to your grow. I too am growing my legal harvest and my plants are about the same size as yours. subscribed!

K Little Update.. been flowering the plants for a week... plants have grown sooooooo much, they now stand at 2 feet, Quite big considering they started flowering at 1 foot tall..

they really seem to like the 250w cfl light.. but there dont seem to be many flowers on the plants.. little white hairs on lots of the branches but nothing major.. shall take some pictures tommorrow.. would take some now but the ladys are asleep.

The plant outside is really doing quite well too.. its outgrown the ones in the closet by far.. shall measure it tommorrow.. the weather is humid but very wet.. its rained for the last 4 days.. but it seems ok.. time will tell.

There does seem to be one little problem.. the roots on the plants in the closet are all comming out of the top of the pots ?! i toped them up with soil and its just happened again.. so clearly this cant be solved without topping it up again.. suggestions ?

K I've been meaning to posts pictures for like ages.. but a certain young lady is taking up alot of my time.. i wont let it happen again !!

Here we go.

The taller one now stands at 37 inchs and the shorter 34 inchs.. ones very bushy and ones not at all... the one outside is stil vegging and growing well considering the cold english weather its in.. cold rain windy but it looks healthy.. shall get pictures soon. Starting to notice abit of yellowing and browning on some of the tips of the leaves... shall lok more into this.

Im quite happy with it so far.. i've seen other plants doing alot better under a hps but im quite happy with my 250w cfl light so far.. they've been flowering for 2 and abit weeks now.. so maybe another 6-7 weeks to go.. and we'll see if its all been worth it.

High there DoomWolf fitted my new 200watt envirolite today fucking buzzin.

Them plants are looking good man.

Ok.. Quick update, plants are doing Ok.. one appears to have stopped growing at 35 inches which suits me just fine as i've run out of room! The other seems to wanna grow abit more.. it stands at 43 inches its grown almost four times what it was when it ws vegging.. i switched the lights to 12/12 when it was just 12 inches.

The buds although not that big are starting to look rather nice.. and the leaves around the buds are starting to sparkle! ALOT of the leaves and branchs at the bottem of both plants have fallen off.. some of the tops leaves have started to claw too.. gonna have to read into this, also left the light just abit too close to the taller plant and it seems to have burnt the tips of the leaves.. and today i think i may have over watered ! woops..

Something i havent talked about for a while is that plant outside. Its not doing so well.. infact i looks in a bad way.. the leaves at the top are starting to shrivel and alot of the leaves look pale. The Ganja Weed does not appear to like English weather, which at the moment is harsh wind and rain.. but slightly humid. Thinking about bringing it in, but i've nowhere to put it ! may take some clones of it....

Pictures tommorrow. they have now been flowering under my 250w cfl light for 4 weeks .
