Door Question

So I have a veg and flower room with a 600w hps in the veg and with 2 600w hps and one 250w hps in the flower room. I'm going to put mylar around the entire veg room and it has a door so it will be light proof. In the flower room I plan to set up a wood frame and put mylar around the outside of it. My problem is how do I make a door for my veg room? Mylar is very fragile and I don't want it to just hang there with a chance of ripping.

Do any of you guys have any suggestions on how to enter and exit the room with having it remain light proof when closed? If anyone has any pictures that would also be nice

Pretty baked, don't want to look for it, but you can buy zippers for the mylar. Stick that bitch on and cut it. Done.
If I read what you need correctly.

But I have thin mylar and besides its pretty fragile anyway. If I try to install zippers it will more than likely rip. If not when attaching them then soon after. Any other suggestions

I would not waste time with a zipper on some of the Mylar you can find at your local Home improvement store. Make a door and put it to the inside. Really just paint it Matte White and you will be fine. I have just finished two 4x4 rooms with matte white paint and it seems to be working great. From what I have learned only really need to use that stuff if you are trying to keep heat in and infrared seeking people from find it.

U can go find the Enterprise and ask them if they would mind transporting you in and out for a while. Just saying they not doing to much these days from what I can see.
