I'm looking for something similar to this:

Except i want both sides to be an 8" flange so I can hook up a duct to both sides. It seems a bit cleaner than way instead of running the whole duct through the ceiling. Anyone seen something like this?

Cut a hole in your ceiling and attach the "spigot plate" to each side of the hole. One inside your grow room and one on the opposite side in your attic then connect your ducting to each side.

this is for a 250mm but this guy will have all sizes or point you in the right direction, you would need to buy 2, and cut a length of duct the exact thickness ceiling to floor being carefull the ducting cuts are square, silicon the flat side of 1 flange to the duct and once it has set push through the ceiling and screw it secure silicon the floor one and screw it down. but remember the flat side of the flange needs to be siliconed to the duct so that after it has been fitted set and dried you can the tape or clip your duct on the flange that is sticking down and up, i know its a god damn long way for a shortcut but its the only thing i can think of.
