Just my 2 cents cheetah, I havn't done a scrog yet, but I've heard its good to fill 75-80% so that you can still train during the first 2 weeks of flower when they are stretching. If you fill completely, its hard to get the final training in, and then they can stretch to where the screen isn't really getting any light any more. I'm under the impression that is seems to be best to only have about 6-8 inchs of growth above the screen when its done getting taller

nah man i havent really been online. but i've been just trying to get my babies to be monsters. I got to take pics cause I just started flowering the other day. i got a veg cab to now, so i have two cabs to use. that was my wifes christmas present to me.isn't she the bomb.:clap: anyways i'll post new pics in my journal. that thing needs an update. well man your shit looks good as always, keep up the good chronic work.:leaf:
