Hello, I have seedlings at 3 weeks, photoperiod, is it too soon to lightly top dress with worm castings?

proper worm castings shouldnt burn plants.

just dress it up i have never seen any seedling suffering in ewc. sometimes i see a pepper plant growing from the seed right in the bin.

That is funny as hell, I found my first pepper plant this afternoon.
