No1 8/10, no 4 9/10, no5 8/10

All were 90 percent cloudy 10 percent amber, no clear
4. Mark with X the colors that are present in the buds or for a more detailed color analysis rate presence on a scale 1-9 light-dark.
Pheno no1 looks neon green with creamy white swirls from all the resin, Pheno no 4 also a limey green, pheno no5 a deeper dark 'foresty' green. All evenly coloured.
5. Bud density: [ ] Rate the bud density from 1-10 airy-dense. For samples that are not in their natural state leave this field blank.
Pheno 1 - 7, Pheno 4- 9, Pheno 5 - 7
6. Use numbers 1-9 on descriptors that apply to the aroma of freshly broken bud where a one indicates a subtle presence and 9 indicates a pronounced presence.

None
9. Weeks cured [ ] If known enter the number of weeks your sample has been cured. If desired repeat SSR after an additional two weeks of curing.
PHYSICAL EXAMINATION COMMENTS:
Phenos 1 and 5 are clearly Satty buds. Not too dense, but not airy by any means. Dripping with frost. No 4 looks like Indy nugs. Rock solid little golf balls, not as hairy as the others, bright orange hairs as opposed to the faded brown of the other two.

1. Please use a clean instrument for the evaluation. Enter information below that will identify the instrument as follows:
Bong
2. Use numbers 1-9 on descriptors that apply to the taste where a one indicates a subtle presence and a nine indicates a very pronounced presence.

Pheno no 1 is dank, I will give it a solid 7/10, nobody will be complaining. Pheno no 4 is VERY nice, solid 8, fruit explosion with funky under tones. No 5 is INCREDIBLY dank. Like a minty fruit tea with spicy after notes. Tastes like MORE. 10/10. It really is some of the best tasting herb I have ever had.
4. State of dryness [ ] Rate the dryness of the bud from 1-10 wet-dry where 5 is ideal.
5 on all samples.

6. Smoke expansion [ ] Rate how the smoke expands in the lungs from 1-10 stable-explodes.
Very similar on all three. Pretty expansive but doesn't balloon you out lol. I'd guess a 7
SMOKE TEST COMMENTS
All are very nice. The oldschool skunk funk of the no 1 goes down well in all circles any time. The fruit explosion of the no 4 pheno makes it very hard to not have another instantly, which would be a mistake if you actually want to do anything. But the Kush-looking no 5 pheno is spectacular. No words to describe how awesome it is!

FOLLOW UP QUESTIONS
==================================================
Address final questions immediately after effects have worn off.
1. Dosage [ ] Enter the number of hits taken to reach desired effects.
One cleared bowl each
2. Effect onset [ ] Rate how quickly the effect hit from 1-10 immediate-major creeper.
Hit instantly with all three samples, so I'd put that part at 1. But kept creeping up for a good while on each one too lol...
3. Sativa influence [ ] Rate the sativa influence detected from 0-10 none-extreme. Sativa influence is best described as a clear and energetic mental effect.
The buzz on all three is mostly Satty. All in the head at first, full Sat effects... 9
4. Indica influence [ ] Rate the indica influence detected from 0-10 none-extreme. Indica influence is best described as a sedative,
lethargic or numbing effect that affects the body.
Once again same can be said for all three, strong Indy influence after a while. Numb lips, very relaxed almost paralysed muscles. Hits the body pretty solidly after an hour... 6
5. Potency [ ] Rate the potency of the sample from 0-10 none-devastating.
On all 3 super potent but not vicious, so 8 all round. One hit is enough.
6. Duration [ ] Indicate the number of hours the effects lasted.
More than 3 hours, have gone up to 5 hours between smokes and was blazed whole day.
7. Tolerance build up [ ] Rate how quickly tolerance builds from 0-10 none-rapid. Leave this field blank if you have not used this sample repeatedly.
You slowly get used to it over a week or so, I'd say 4. Still dosing the same doses and very little difference in effect, just know what to expect really.
8. Usability [ ] Rate on a scale of 1-9 where a one indicates the worst time of day to consume this strain and a nine represents the ideal time of day.
Leave field(s) blank if you have not yet formed an opinion.
Morning - wake up [3] It better be a weekend lol Day - work [5 ] Depends on your job, totally scrambles synapses at times. Evening - relax [9] Perfect for melting any stress away and getting creative etc Night - sleep [6] Not what most people will look for in a 'knock-out' effect but I have been sleeping very well after an evening of toking
9. Overall satisfaction [ ] Rate your overall satisfaction from 1-10 poor-Holy Grail.
Solid 8 all round. EPIC reefer. I really dig it.
10.Ability and conditions [ ] Rate your overall ability to judge from 1-10 low-high. Consider experience, strain familiarity, atmosphere,
current tolerance and most importantly the condition and preparation of the sample.
Around an 8 I guess.
11.Judging from the sample alone do you personally consider this
strain a keeper for long term use. Yes [ ] No [ ]
Yes on all 3
12.Rate the noticable effects on a scale of 1-9 mild-severe. Take care to use the appropriate column for your response.
Delete the existing space when recording your entry to maintain the columns in alignment.
On all 3, once again a solid 8. As potent as it gets before it becomes vicious.
