whats up riu community,

so i haven't had a decent grow journal in a while, figured i would start one to do some decent logging and overall share. so im basically already 14 days in 12/12 on my current run but i believe i have enough pics to get this all up to speed so here it goes.

room specs:
VEG-4'x8'x6.5' hydro hut tent
FLOWER-4'x8'x7' constructed of 2x4 and plywood with 2 doors so im able to get into ether side of the room comfortably.

lights:
VEG-(1) 8 bulb t5 panel (1) 4 bulb t5 panel for a total of 12 54w t5's.
FLOWER-X2 1000w digital ballasts with xtrasun 6" air cooled reflectors.

systems:
VEG-(1) 3'x3' flood tray
FLOWER- titan flo-n-grow system running 8 (4gal) sites with a commercial air pump running 24/7 with a stone in each site.

ventilation:
VEG- (1) 6" 440 cfm inline fan with 6" carbon filter.
FLOWER- (1) 8" 747 cfm inline fan with 6" carbon filter for exhaust and (1) 8" 747 cfm inline fan with 8" carbon filter for intake.

strain:
northern lights

nutrients:
GH flora series (micro-bloom only) with zone, rapid start, liquid kool bloom, powder cool bloom and botanicare calmag+.

this was the last week that these plants where in that tray. there where 12 vegged in the tray as i was going to run the whole 12 site system in flower but they where to large for all 12 so i picked the best 8 and went with them.

this was day one in the flower area but decided to let them veg on 18/6 for another week before flipping them over.

this is exactly a week later on 18/6 and going to be day one of 12/12. they are just loving life at this point, also wanted to mention since im running a pump and stones in each lite 24/7 im watering every 2 hours around the clock.

ok now these pics are of about day 5 in 12/12, still loving life

ok so now we are current on the updates. these pics are today, day 14 of 12/12, looking amazing really. there are so many heads in the canopy it should be a strong finish in the end. been trimming the lowers and have made it about 1/3 up so far and im sure there is still more trimming to be done as there is still allot of stuff on the bottom not making it to the canopy and i want to eliminate them before week 3 but even aside from all the trimming the canopy is still insane!!

Makes for some nice fat tops too I hate trimming leafy fluff lol.

couple of pics of today, day 17. everything cursing along nicely. they are taking down 25 g a week (1/2 the res). ppm 1250 just started adding liquid kool bloom at 1/2 strength.

here is a pic of the veg tray, started using 100% perlite instead of hydroton and they are coming along nicely as well. the fabric inserts are not stopping the roots from coming from the bottoms which is fine by me.

Now thats what i want to see! Somebody test out the perlite as a stand alone medium

man im tellin you these plants almost look healthier then with the usual ton!! im going to be going this route from now on for sure. paid 30 bucks filled all 16 of those pots and still have a 1/4 of the bag left lol. thank god for the fabric inserts made specifically for this system lol.
