dried colas???

hello every1. Im eight weeks into flowering 1 super lemon haze and al the buds are looking pretty good exept for the top halves of the top two main cola's. They seem to be alot dryer than the rest of the plant, and the leaves on there are half way dried up. leaves turning slightly a brighter green with lots of tiny spots. Im thinking maybe the light is too close???? or too many nutes???? i have no idea..but i plan on flower her for at least 2 more weeks, so is there anyway i can help her out along these next few weeks? everything has been great so far until now. i also noticed most of the buds look about ready, but the main 2 colas still have all mainly white hairs, and not very thick. kinda airie

are you using an hps lamp?..if so, yes, your light is too close....the leaves indicate heat stress

well i would say move the light off the tops a bit, nice lookin plant though what are your flowering under

thnx for the quick replies. I kinda figured the light was too close. Its only a 150 watt hps, and i have some clfs on the lower sides. 4 feet tall,i can only lift the light maybe 3 more inches, thats all the room i have left, right now the light is about 7 inches above the top

lift it as far as it goes and mabye get a small fan to blow on the bul it cools it off alot i use a 600 and with a small fan blowin on the bulb it lets me get about 6 inchwes closer

I've got an oscillating fan blowing over the tops of my plants and just under the lamp, and my ladies are fine about 4"-6" from the light. Good airflow goes a long way to stopping heat damage.
