You know, I used to be on probation for a good long while and I tried a lot of shit...
Cranberry juice, cranberry pills, steam rooms, working out, etc.
But the only thing that really worked was detox. I don't know about the temporary ones, but the 7 day cleanses worked for me.

Eat healthy, keep properly hydrated. That's what you're starting to do. And then maintain a low body fat percent, and regularly exercise. 12 years of parole over 500 piss tests, never a single positive ... Just some "faint line negatives"

Those liver detox things at the drug store, like 5 day course things, do those and drink double the water they say. I dont think you can "mask" your samples with todays drug tests anymore.

in my city they have some serious POs.. but what I learned to do was get up a couple of hours before I leave for the test and drink 2 gallons of water.. youll have to piss something fierce but before I went to see him id take a piss so when im in the bathroom with him looking over my shoulder I wont be pissing a gallon of straight water. ive heard drink some cranberry with it but I never had to. only works if you know around when youre taking the test but that's all those detox drinks do anyway.. they make you have to piss and tell you to drink water... I say fuck it might as well chug some water and I never got caught
