your going to be fine, is the 8 inch pot going to be what you are flowering in? Just some advice the less you transplant the better...so really you want this to be your only transplant if at all possible.. but transplanting twice will be ok, but only 1 time is ideal

So top your plant to slow vertical growth or LST (low stress train) by tying your branches down when the sten gets thick enough.
