drooping 4 day old seedling

had seedlings in a jiffy pellet. they were about 1inch tall doing well. I had to move them some where where i wouldnt have time to pot so i decided to put them in pot early. Now they are bent over. They didnt even have 4 leaves yet. What shoud i due to save them if i can? I have had them in the dark

i have a fifty two year old dick drooping ,do you think it would perk me up ,i off to the grow room now ,and i am going naked ,sorry just had my first smoke in two and a half months due to drug testing ,and i think it has sent me crazy.
