Drooping leaves on my mystery plant

Hey, so first time growing and I thought I would just use this random seed I had before trying out the nicer ones I got, as a learning experience to be honest. I can’t decided if I should just toss it or not. I have it on an 18/6 cycle, pretty consistent 45-50% Humidity, and under 80 degrees. I’m now on week 6, growth as slowed down for sure since I finished LST. around like 64 oz of ph'd water, and originally I would water once a week. As of recent, it has been going dry fast, so I water the same amount every like 3-4 days. As far as nutrients I have been using Dr.Earth Dry Nutrients. Which has like the 3 stages, the veg stage, the pre flower, and the bloom. I only recently started using pre-bloom since its on like week 6, but I feel like I should either be mixing the veg and pre-bloom or only doing veg. But yah do you think I should switch my lights from 12/12 as well or way too early?
