drooping sprouts

so when my last couple of plants sprouted, they got mmaybe 5 inches tall and they started to droop over, the stalk is also very thin and purplish? it looks wrong to me, any suggestions? bongsmilie

Got any pictures.... what temp is the room/area your starting your plants at?
They main stalk wont be very big at five inches unless its struggling to hold the plant already I wouldnt worry about the size of the main stock just yet! you might be over watering your plant or if your using a folier spray too this might have an effect!

no pictures yet, and i thought i might be over watering them too, im using a spray bottle that im putting disttilled water in
and im growing them outside and in Florida so its pretty hot during the day

the light may be too far away causing the plants to grow up, making the stem skinny and weak

ive thought about that, there growin outside in a cleared out area in the woods, but there are still some trees in the way so they dont get a full days worth of sunlight because of the way it rises and sets and the trees shaddows
but idk haha

drooping down = too much water, drooping up = in need of water
it's too much water, before you water let the ground dry. Not EVERYTIME, just sometimes.
