droopy bottom leaves nute burn?

a few of my plants have really droopy leaves and it cant be a lack of water or overwater cuz they are getting rained on about every 3 days or so... it is really hot and maybe they are getting thirsty but the top leaves all look fine so i dont think its that.
am feeding them with a 15-30-15 for flowering i know its a shitty nute but its all i can afford now... feeding them every two weeks. possible this is nute burn?

droopy and curling under kind of

no camera sorry

without pics the problem will be next to impossible to determine. Curling under is usually a sign of too much of something. Any of the leaves looking "claw like"?

Its heat stress not nute burn. Nute burn causes the tips to die off. Try a little shade netting over the plant.

sorry i know it sucks without pics.
nutes are 15-30-15 some really cheap nutes i probably wont use them again.
heat stress is possible its only been 80F at the most here though and it only gets sun from sun up (5 or 6 o clock) to 2 in the afternoon so its shaded the rest of the day.
top leaves and new leaves are all fine like i said just seems to be the bottom ones drooping and curling...

oh also height is about 3 feet its in a bucket, was started june 1st
