Droopy Crusty feeling leaves, whats up with that?

Anyways, i plucked the sick leaves and it seemed to stop the spread. I'm quite sure the gnats were the problem, so my soil is going to get a nice drying(i might not need fungicide after all). I've had some about 2 weeks ago, but i managed to kill them off by not watering.I haven't got my pH test strips and low/high solution yet. Probably get them over the weekend. I'll post some more pics once the plants look pretty again. Thanks again all
