Droopy leaves but healthy looking plant? Not a watering issue

Hey Rollers, I've had these two females for about 2-3 months now and one of me has been droopy for a while, and now the other one is starting to /: all the leaves look healthy and there is no sign of nute burn or anything...just droopiness. Any tips or suggestions are highly appreciated. Thanks!

Droop is caused by either under or over watering but other factors can add to this like using too small a pot for the plant size. If you've been vegging these for 3 months it's gotta be time to pot up by now. A small pot forces you to overwater them and impedes growth; I would transplant these ASAP into some fresh mix. Always go as large as your space allows; big roots = big fruits

I am using some pretty small pots. I'll transplant ASAP. Is fox farm ocean forest a good soil to transplant into?
 
also super weak light will cause them to sit like that . under watering also but usually under watering . the leafs will just hand and look dead . what lighting are you under its a larger plant . needs at least a 55 watt t5 to be happy in veg . let us know if transplanting them and adding water helps. that plant is stretched as well indication in weak lights . could be wrong here I could be wrong my first time joke .

a 68W cfl which I believe is 300w equivalent, but even while they're out in the day they still droop. I will update upon transplanting
 
Lighting has nothing to do with that droop. Droop is from a lack of moisture or a lack of O2 to the roots/bad drainage. Too small a pot forces you to give water too often which makes it worse over time.
FFOF is great mix to use. I've been recycling it over & over for years; great stuff

Thanks! I noticed that the drainage wasn't as it should be so I'm almost sure now it's the pot size. I can't wait to see how they do in some OF :weed: Happy growing!
