Droopy leaves help

20x36x62 tent
6' exhaust
plants 12-13'' away from light
intake mostly passive have 2 muffin fans one on the plants one on the hood pulling air from it
up towards the exhaust
light schedule 18/6
table floods 2 times a day was 3
just gave them nutes a couple days ago only 6ml in a 7 1/2 gal res also have super thrive in the res
the rockwool cubes were getting hit by water when it was flooding so yesterday I moved them up a little about a half inch above where water would hit but no roots are coming out of the rockwool cubes I think my issue is over watering but I just want to make sure

I would put the plants closer to the light maybe 6 inches away, what type of lighting are you using?

Looks good to me ,....if in doubt flush the rez, and cut back on the nutes
