Droopy Leaves

Im growing 5 plants in a 600w grow tent. I have a bubleponic system set up. For some reason recently the leaves have become very droopy. I am thinking that it may be an oxygen deficiency to the roots as im using porous pipes instead of airstones, could this be the problem or does anyone else have any suggestions ?

Its not very hot in the tent, i dont have an acurate reading of it but i've had grows in greenhouses which are alot hotter and not experienced this problem. Also the roots are constantly sitting in the water 24/7. I'm gonna stick a fan in the room to try and improve the air circulation do you think this will help ?

I've fitted a fan in my tent and I'm also going to try add another to try and keep temps down also my box is see through and I had nothing covering my sides therefore light was getting to my roots do you think that could be the reason for the droopyness ?
