droopy plant and yellow margins/holes

My bag seed plant is showing signs of droopiness and curled down leaves, also has yellow margins with small holes. grow room temp is 74-80 with 45% humidity. Using a 400w hps with 2 air ducts. Heres a pic, anything would help. Im hoping this isn't spider mites cause i didn't see any but the pic shows white dots..

only have ferted twice with 1/4 the dosage, FoxFarm Grow Big.

First 2 pics are of 1st plant, last 2 of the one next to it..

how far is your HPS bulb from the plant?

was at 20in for first 4 days, then raised to 28in, was grown 1st week with fl's.

i wouldn't start adding nutrients until at least the 3rd set of alternate leaves come up

k, well alll 4 are still drooping and the 1st set of alternating has more yellow areas, not infestation but do u know how to keep them from dying? i think flushing will kill it bcause i did it already few days ago.

how often do you water...dont add to much nutes..
your either over watering or under watering..

was overwatering once i transplanted, then stopped watering it 3 days ago with 1/4 nutes of grow big. should i keep letting them dry out? their growth is twice as slow as before now

its just a plant, plants like water, dont get too technical...yet

That humidifier in your room tells me you are in veg?, in veg You Do Not want an hps bulb in there, good clorophyl in that plant suggests it isnt a nurishment problem, droopping is ether light or over watering(brown spots, light choice). HPS is not really a good choice of light for veg cause no blue spectrum(get mhs) or call yer bartle and gibsons dealer and get a conversion bulb)(blue and red spectrum), great for bud and veg, also could be heat problem directly under light put your thermometer there to see exactly what temp is?? Never, ever go over 80 and your humidity is essential in veg, noooo in bud!

If you are concerned about bugs or what have you a two to one water to peroxide is a great choice mixed in spray bottle, spray plant while massages leaves with fingers gently. That will vigerate the plants and kill anything that moves on there. also add a little (NOT TO MUCH!) to your soup to help root health.
