Droopy Seedling

This is a 5 day old seedling but the leaves seem to look too plump which is why i think it may be over-watered but im not sure. i am debating on replacing the soil with dry. Btw the soil has no nutrients added. just looking for some input and thanks in advance and sorry the pic is sideways

Its got composted pine fines, composted hardwood fines, sand, and perlite.

I have read before somewhere on the forums that a plant is packed with what it needs for at least a few weeks. I dont wanna mess up and end up burning her.

So its been a few days now and i havent watered her any. I transplanted her to a 2.5 gal pot and shes starting to look better. Anyone know of a good vegetative fertilizer i could use? Im not going to start this early i just wanted to get an idea. any kind of fertilizer that dont have to order online.
