The only time I've ever seen sugar leaves droop like that was with fusarium/stem mold issues. Everything going above the infected area would droop while the lower part of the plant looked fine. I'm totally not saying that's what is going on there, but it's a real head scratcher. All the lower leaves look fine...strange.

They look super healthy and chunky for only week 4! I hope you figure it out man. Nice job so far!

Excess light and wind cause increased transpiration. Which can lead to toxicity in the top leaves.
Wow sounds about right. This is a small 2x3 ikea cab with a mars hydro ts1000 which is alway open to avoid going over 80f and a fan blowing straight to em. So should I lift the lights up or lower the intensity and maybe tune the fan to a lower setting? The other ones are doing great, I have a sunset sherbet, super skunk and gold leaf. Do u think they be affected?

Your plants should be just lightly bobbing and dancing in the breeze. Try to avoid having fans blowing directly on them if you can.

I'll lower the setting or maybe have it blowing to a cab door to redirect inside. I've read everywhere that the OG is very susceptible to mold so I'm tring to avoid that.

Yeah OG loves to spontaneously bust out in powder mold. Keep your humidity in check and stay on top of deleafing for sure. Water in the mornings.
