They will droop sometimes when you first cut them. Wait a few days and they should pick themselves back up

Do you mist them? are you using a humidity dome? For the next week or so the cutting will live off moisture on the leafs. I'm no expert and have had little luck cloning in soil. but those are a few things to think about.

Hey,
Cloning can be a pain in the butt sometimes.. I dont know about putting your clones in front of a window.. I am guessing it will get to much light-i like the idea of a CFL with a litle bit of a distance (all depending on wattage) I use to get clones that drooped after cutting and yes after a few days they will perk up.. Here is a thing to remeber when cloneing.. You have just took away that clones ability to keep it's self hydrated. Now what u should think about is, how to help the plant keep it's moister contain... Do this by using humidity domes-and sprinkle the top of dome with little bit of water.. Keeping the humidity up will help the plant keep moister levels up. and of course, do not forget to keep the jiffys wet but not to wet!!! Its better to water them often than having your clones damp off!
Remeber to AIR your chamber out every damn day!!! I usually keep my domes a crack open and air for 15Mins a day.. Good luck.... Oh to little water in your Jiffys, OR being placed in a low RH for clones such as anything less then 90% will prob cause them to wilt for quite some time!
