Drowning out the noise

I got a 200 cfm 4'' wind tunnel fan, and its loud as hell, but any less cfms and it wouldnt cool my hps. I'm lining my box with insulation but its still going to be noticable. Does anybody know of anything that i could put in my room that makes noise that would drown out the noise of the fan. I was thinking fish tank but i got no room, and no interest in a fish tank. So if you got any suggestions shout em out, thanks

Return the 4" fan and get a larger diameter one. Bigger fan = same CFM at lower speeds = less noise.
