Ok thats good. For saliva tests thc stays for 36-72 hours. Water will not help much but will not hurt either. Work up a good sweat as much you can till your test to make sure and of course stop smoking till after the test. Sweating will help a lot. I have passed a saliva test to work fore Dole Inc. 48 hours after smoking. Follow my advice and you will pass with flying colors...

thanx for the info. Yea i quit smoking yesterday so i should have about 72 full hours

Eat quite a bit the day of the test as well. It'll help you store/keep the thc in your fat cells rather than your body excreting it. Absolutely do not eat too little as that would make your body start burning fat for energy and potentially release thc metabolites into your system. Don't know if it'll make a big difference but can't hurt to keep in mind.

I dunno about the results of those tests
....

I had to take one for a temp agency and I just smoked a fat blunt before it....was smoking before I knew they wanted me to come up. Now I am a heavy user and was before the blunt as well at least an eighth a day. I dunno what I did but they couldn't not accept the first one because it was to dry lol cottonedmouth . The second one was wetter and passed the test and showed no line for thc or coc. Maybe God wason my side that day......experience for thought.
