I've never pissed hot in my life. (now hair tests, on the other hand...). I'm a medium build guy, about 5'11". I've passed a test 2 days after smoking before. Like everyone said, lots of fluids is key. But fluids, whether water, Gatorade, whatever, will only clean your urinary system (kidneys and beyond). Fluids alone will only help if you're pissin' every 20 minutes the day before and day of, and it's still not a guarantee. The compounds the test is looking for (broken down THC) is stored in fat cells. skinny guys have nothing at all to worry about. They don't even store any, it's all pissed out the next day. Bigger guys have a little to worry about. Detox stuff, niacin and others, helps a lot. Still not a guarantee. What you need to add to the detox regimen is to...well...burn some fat. so yes, our lazy, burned out asses need to hop on a treadmill. Fat starts to burn after 30-45 minutes of constant aerobic activity. so start and stop won't do it. I'd say take 45 mins to an hour, longer if you can hang, and as often as time permits. go at a pace that breaks a sweat and picks up heart rate, but doesn't burn you out and make you want to stop. this creates an anaerobic state which burns sugar and carbs for immediate energy and doesn't touch the fat. the combo of lots of fluids, niacin, and a good workout a few days before the test should be a 100% pass guarantee. be advised: don't take to the treadmill the night before the test if is in the morning. chances are your morning piss will be full of all the stuff you burned the night before. same goes for niacin. If you're still itchy and red because you took it the morning OF the test, your piss is going to be loaded with all the stuff your body's trying to get rid of.
