drug testing welfare recipients

@bushleager. I agree, but some people do truly need help as they can't physically or mentally help themselves...and unfortunately we live in America and not Sparta.
Yep, no doubt, and that's what the shit is for. It's not for somebody who is capable of working.

My issue is with the people saying there's no jobs or they don't pay enough, blah blah. There's def enough jobs, just not the ones they want to do. Everyone has confused minimum wage with a livable wage. They're two different things. Never has an employer been responsible for an employee's capability of living comfortably until this livable wage thing started. If you can't get the beats headphones or xbox you want, you live with roommates or you get a second job. We all had to do it, no reason everyone else shouldn't have to if they can.

You dig?

Yea pot helps with my chronic pain and I don't think pot is an issue as far as committing crimes and not keeping jobs and abusing the system. I don't sell my food stamps for pot. Pardon me for getting hit by an IED while in Iraq dude. Like I said I'm trying to be respectful of everyone and state my opinions.
We've been meaning to talk to you about that.. Real dick move

I had white trash next door neighbors.
They don't do drugs. He collects ssdi for a bad back. She collects snap and welfare and works 2 jobs. 4 kids 3 different father's.

They claim on Facebook to be married but tell welfare otherwise. Even have 2 variations of the same address.

I used to think about that whenever I watched the disabled guy doing somersaults on his trampoline

So if you got the means and prosperity to pay FICA twice why don't you drop some fucking balls and do your fair fuckin share like everybody else without all the fucking whining. Sheesh. You sound kinda fortunate. What you gotta bitch about?
not complaining about that, i'm mocking the guy who smokes pot while on welfare and thinks welfare recipients should be drug tested.

What. Cause a mofo ain't got it as good as you a mofo can't smoke some reefer? Sounds like your another one damn republicans.

Best be watching property trends. Me think the CO real estate market go pop when peeps see that the mmj support industry has enough potential migrants. Just saying. Might come a good time to flip and buy back at reasonable levels the next couple of years.

Why would you expect ANY party to help you? Only you can help yourself, I feel. That's one of the problems in this country is too many people expect shit.
Funny how developed nations with better social safety nets are doing much better by their citizens than the United States. You sound like you're on the side of the plutocrats in asking why the peasants deserve anything at all?

Well I don't side with either party because I seem to fall on both sides depending on the issues, but in this situation I fall on the side of work for your fucking money!

If I hadn't done so myself I think I'd more easily understand the other side, or if I had injuries or issues that kept me out of work for some reason or another. Unfortunately, I worked 4 jobs at once at one point, and currently work 70 hour weeks and have only called out sick twice in 15 years. I've worked 60+ hrs per week since I was about 23 and I'm in the food industry though, so you work when you're sick, injured, pregnant, etc.- no crybabies kinda thing. I worked my through college and culinary school and paid off all my debts and bought a franchise restaurant eventually and later built my own full scale restaurant.

It's my experience I have to blame for making me feel the way I do about handouts and wages and stuff- but I always say that my employees are mostly minorities who speak spanish and come from tough backgrounds, and they're as hard or harder working than myself.

Anyway, yeah, I just don't accept sob stories and expect people to work like I do I guess.

Edit- I also don't trust anybody but myself. Especially not the fucking government!
