Dry film capacitor?

do i need a dry film capacitor and how exactly would it help if i did get one?

I buy ballast kits all the time... I am not sure if that is the capacitor you need, but all the kits I buy have Tranformer, ignitor and Capacitor.....

Yeah you purchased that kit withou thte capacitor correct? That one would work fine.

im sure they'd suggest it if you needed it man unless your buying some sort of cheap ballast ... :/
