This is for all the people who haven't done dry ice hash before. Its super easy, takes less than an hour from beginning to end, and turns out some ready to smoke gold.
You'll need at least an ounce of dry sugar trim for a 5 gallon bucket and 5 pounds of dry ice, like i used, or it would be over kill. If using a one gallon bubble bag obviously use less dry ice.
First let your sugar trim dry for a couple days in your dry room. When they're nice and crispy your ready. You can also use fresh off the plant trim but I found i get more if its dried for a couple days.
Buy 5 pounds of dry ice, the small pellets if you can find em, if not crush the dry ice block up into golf ball size or smaller pieces. Put the ice in a clean 5 gallon bucket.
Throw your trim into the bucket with the ice and shake it up for about a minute. Not much shaking is needed, the dry ice is very fucking cold. Make sure its mixed into the ice good and the ice is grinding up the trim.
Put you 220 micron bubble bag over the bucket like this.
Put the bucket on its side and gently turn it upside down to pour all the trim and ice into the bubble bag.
Pinch the top of the bag shut and begin shaking it up and down over top of a big mirror or piece of glass. Shake it in the same spot for a couple minutes and then scrape the entire mirror into a pile. Then repeat that until your pile turns green. I usually get two nice and gold piles before it starts to go green with an ounce. heres some pics of my last batch i did with an ounce of good trim.
