Drying idea

hey, I'm just wondering if this idea for drying would be appropriate, my scenario is I'm living with my parents (my info is false, I'm not 23) and they do not know that I'm growing nor even smoke weed, my guerilla grow is almost ready for harvest and don't know how I'm gonna dry it. My idea is that I've got a box about 30 cm by 30 cm. I've purchased a mini, battery powered fan that can fit into this box, I have threaded fishing line at the top in rows to hang the buds and have poked holes in the other end. I was wondering if I run the fan low, would it resemble a light breeze and be good enough to dry my bud until it's ready to cure. I am also in help of where I can leave this box, thanks

The drying box will work I’ve done the same with no fan just make sure the buds aren’t touching to much and the fan isn’t blowing directly on the buds. we’re you growing inside could just turn grow area into drying room works great usually already has environmental controls, or should have them.

Oh guerilla grow so outdoor my bad. Well the only good place to dry is inside in a controlled environment but your parents would definitely smell it so your best option is get your own house or just use all the plant material to make hash there are multiple methods you can do with fresh buds and leaves. Good luck lol

So would leaving it in a bush outside work, there is a nearby Forrest like place and I could probably hide it up in a tree?

A Bush outside is a terrible option what is weather like in your area. Should look into extracts smells way less strong then smoking bud and solves drying issue best way to keep ur fam in the dark

Not that I'm encouraging the child, but an idea for general use.

You know these carbon filters you get for cat litter boxes to keep the stink of cat pee down? Fit that on the inside of the box over the vent hole, mount fan on the outside, suck air through filter.

Could do the same on the intake side too, filter on there to stop any niff going out that way.

Could try better then a tree
