Ok so... got my buds hang drying not whole planta but branches arr big like whole plants so hung as much intact as i could. Made sure to have ac on 62 aa low as it would go and humisifier on 60 got a big fan oscilating on thw floor and another smaller fan pointing up. Weven been drying for about 13 days and noticed earlier today moat stems were starting to pop so im thinking, ok time to start trimming to jar. Waited for my buddy to comw by a few hours later. And the stems seem to have remoisturized. The humidity in the room has been the same all day no swings nothinga blowing right on them. Is that normal to experience until they fully dry? Buds smell really good and super sticky i dont want to mess this up. Please help lol.

I don't understand "moat stems were starting to pop." If you have a nice steady 60/60 shouldn't be a problem.
I would start trimming this and get rid of those big stems that are loaded with moisture. In dry environments, where you need to slow the dry, that's a good thing. You're going to have to trim it eventually, so why wait? Cut some buds and put them in a jar with a hydrometer. See if they stay at 62. Once they're stable at 60-62 they're ready to jar. After 13 days you could be close, but those big stems will slow you.

You're absolutely right

Good advice above. If the stems are still damp I would start trimming and breaking down the plants from the biggest stems. You can put them in paper bags afterwards if they are still too damp. 12 days is a pretty long cure so you should be close. The buds need to feel drier than you think before you jar them. They will rehydrate once in the jars. Don't forget to look into grove bags as well. These bags can handle a wide humidity range for more room for error. Little too wet or dry the grove bags can regulate the humidity. Good looking plants. Great job.

I had to find this old gem. I'm not sure what I was on, because I go to jar right after getting the buds to where I do in this post (and they still sweat and cure slowly to exquisiteness) but the rest is close to what I still do, plenty of great advice posted by others as well..
