What soil are you using? When was the last time you flushed? Are you using any nutes? What is the PH?

you answered your own question! if you are constantly running 2 fans directly on the plants, they are eventually going to dry out! leave your fans on but make sure they dont point directly at the plants. 2nd, buy a thermometer w/ hygrometer to measure your humidity levels. Mary Jane likes the humidity between 40% - 50%. Try adding a couple cereal bowls with water to the grow area to increase moisture levels, that way when the plants begin to get dry, the water will evaporate into the air and in a way attach to the plant. Also buy a spray bottle for $0.89 at walmart, fill it with properly pH balanced water and foliar feed the leaves(hand-spray). Remember when foliar feeding to spray the underside of the leaves as well as the top-side of the leaves. the bottom-side of the leaves is where all of its pours are.

Move those lights closer! They are way too far away. Put all of those lights within three inches of the tops so that the plants don't stretch

also you shouldnt be watering once a day! that could be causing your plants to wilt too! over-watering leads to root rot, root-rot turns to death! buy a moisture wand while your out too, this will drastically help you with proper watering schedules

go 2 home depot and get a ph meter and maybe a moisture level meter,in the garden section., sink water usually has a high ph (above 7) which is 2 high, u want 5.5 to 6.5 try 2 find a ph up, and down, (read all directions on bottles), moisture meter should read around 1500, i heard 2000 is too high, and like tom 420 said, i would move the lights closer, maybe 4 to 8 inches from tops. and move up as plant grows.
