Drying Question

Usually I wait till my stems snap. My RH is between 55-65. Some branches are snapping others aren’t. I turned off my exhaust fan and circulation fan. Will I be good to trim tomorrow and not over dry?

i lost my last harvest to mold cutting too early. So this time I don’t wanna over dry.

I get those short long totes from Walmart to keep buds in till I get around to trimming them so they dont over dry.. how crispy are they? should be ok

Not all cuts are the same, if you feel that some parts are dry enough to bottle, then go for it, leave the rest until they are good to go. Bottle up and check on them regularly - you can always pop em out for air if they are not dry enough. Get a hydrometer if you can, as that will give you intel on whats happening in the jar. A boveda will keep things regulated after a few burps and make it all a bit smoother over the coming weeks. Just dont use em too soon, as they can effect the final product. Trust your gut bud!

Buds do feel dry. But they were drying in my tent at about 5465RH for maybe a week

This is what should always be done. Tub the branches at 61-62% Obviously you are dry trimming.

I have a problem getting over 35-40% when drying. Paper grocery bags slows it down. Just gently shake or stir daily. I still air dry for 3-4 days first though. Into paper bags until its ready to Jar up

Sorry my point is that i have had mold due to being stupid and jarring too early. I get youre on the other side of rh than I am, just saying i have better control with the paper bags. Its a more even drying.
