Drying Question

Hey all, I posted this in drying and cureing 3 hours ago and not 1 response. am i a leoper??? Here's the question.... I chopped my NYPD saturday. its hanging in a cool dark room, not bad humidity. The sticks will bend but not snap but the outside of the buds seem real dry. is this ok?? should i jar up and start cureing or wait a little longer.......

take the bud off the stalk and remove as much stem as you can and let dry one more day then put in jars

keep it drying, it will go crispy on the outside, but the middle is still wet, it will take 7-10 days to dry in 72-75f room when it is left on the branches like that
its been 4-5 days only, you can pick off the little crispy ends of the most dry bits and smoke test them !
you will be able to get an idea of what the bud is like and also how wet it is
