Drying with Rice?

So, people have been using uncooked rice for years to draw moisture out of salt shakers and such.

Dry rice attracts moisture to it. So, could you dry weed quicker by place a nug in a cup of uncooked rice?

Anyone want to try? I would, but my harvest is still a month away.

I think it would work.

i tried it yeah it works but it's better to slowwwww....... dry them trust me
I was tempted to try this, but fast drying usually screws up the taste, I do 2-3 weeks hanging, depending on time of year, and 2 weeks in a sealed brown paper bag.:bigjoint:

So that's why i'm always hungry an hour
after i eat chinese food.

The best way i've found to dry buds is
have an ample supply of weed on hand.
Somoke that while your buds dry, then cure.
Works 100% of the time, and you don't
ever have to think about cutting corners.

If I could have an ample supply I would lol. I actually won't be able to buy any for awhile anyway so I might have to wait till harvest. Just found out today my liscense got suspended. $185 to get it back. :(

I don't have $20 let alone almost two hundred. I am so screwed. (looks at last two bowl hits)

 why so long, how do you keep your buds from drying out with such an over extended drying period.

On the subject of Drying. When I hang mine are they suppose to be hung in a dark or lit up place? Or does it not matter?

Ok. They have to be hung too, not laid on a grill surface or anything right?

Also, hypothetically speaking if I were to sell a half ounce to a friend when the crop is done, how much should I charge him? I know he is going to turn around and resell it as a premium, because all you get around here and seedy dirt weed. So, how much should I charge him for a Half O? End of hypothetical thought question thing.

no dont lay them down. unless you have a proper screen rack set up. otherwise hanging them is always my best bet. as far as the other question i dont advocate the illegal selling of herb even if it is to a friend for 125-175 for a 1/2

GrowTech

stays relevant.
Even a week and a half is a long time to dry... When I just hang 'em my drying is done in under 5 days.
